Lumen is about artists and live audio visual performance. By it's very nature it is fluid in content, style and technical development. Lumen is an active contributor to this scene, it's ethos and this approach to creativity.

Any artist can submit a proposal for performance at Lumen. Just download the application document here or supply a showreel. Many of the artists are first time performers and Name is commited to helping artists use the technology to develop their performance. Since it's inception Lumen has so far showcased twelve first time VJs!

Before each event Name assist artists in developing their content and making sure it "performance ready". This is less about a standard workshop structure and more a support for the artists, offering advice on everything from software, codecs and DV cameras as well as the opportunity to rehearse, refine and gain feedback before the Lumen event.
